Luxurious & Secluded Villa - Private Pool, Walk to the Beach & Moraira
Luxury and privacy go hand in hand at this recently built three bedroom villa in Moraira. Set in a quiet location surrounded by vineyards and trees, this gorgeous property offers a wonderful sense of tranquility, while the centre of Moraira and the golden shores of Ampolla Beach are within a 10-minute walk.
As well as a stunning outdoor area with a private pool and terrace, the villa’s light and airy interiors are stylishly furnished, with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.
For those travelling with another family or group of friends, it’s also possible to rent out the Villa Ampolla II, situated just next door.
The Inside Space: The main level of this two-storey villa features an open living/dining space, kitchen and two of the villa’s three bedrooms.
Natural light pours into a contemporary living area, furnished with charcoal grey sofas and a flat-screen TV. Steps away, a dining area with a light wood table offers room for six to share light lunches and generous evening meals.
Nearby, a fully equipped kitchen comes with sleek wooden cabinets and plenty of modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Both the second and third bedrooms are also conveniently situated on the main level. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom features two twins. Both rooms also have access to the terrace and a shared guest toilet.
Pick of the bedrooms is the master. Located on the upper level, this room has its own en-suite with a hydro-massage bathtub. The other big bonus of this room? Beautiful views overlooking the surrounding vineyards and Mediterranean sea.

In the mood for a spot of alfresco dining? A shaded terrace just off the living area has a large wicker dining table seating six – the perfect spot for fresh coffee and morning pastries. The entire pool area can also be lit up, so outdoor dining, socializing and swimming can be enjoyed long after sunset.
The Surrounding Area: The beaches in Moraira are beautiful, and this private villa is less than a 10-minute stroll from one the best: Ampolla Beach. It’s especially great for families, with big inflatables, lifeguards, and a gentle slope into a clear and clean sea. When the tide goes out, the kids will love fishing for crabs in the beach’s little rock pools.
You’re also just a 10-minute walk from the tranquil haven of Moraira - a sedate and unspoilt coastal town with rocky bays and sandy beaches backed by luscious hillsides.
